Yong Ae Kim Charleston Yong Ae Kim, 94, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Monday, November 18, 2013. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2013 in The International Church of God, at 11:00 am. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 19, 2013, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway.
Yong was born April 28, 1919 in KangJin, Chollanam-do, South Korea. she was the daughter of the late Hogun Yoon and Kwe Yoon. She was a loving caring mom, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She is survived by her son,Yong H. Kim and his wife Yon Mee of Charleston, SC; six daughters, Kum Yim Whipple, Kim O. Brown both of Charleston, SC, Yon Ok Hwang,Yon Sim Lee and Keum Yo Kim all of Los Angeles, CA; Keum Nam of Boise, ID, fifteen Grandchildren and Sixteen Great-Grandchildren.
