Winona Sue Rupe

Winona Sue Rupe, 60, of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away Thursday, December 23, 2010.  The relatives and friends of Winona Rupe are invited to attend her Funeral Service in Seacoast Church on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Magnolia Cemetery.  Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.  Mrs. Rupe was born on February 16, 1950 in Poughkeepsie, New York.   She was the daughter of Ruth Dawes Taylor and the late Raymond Taylor.  She was retired, and loved to spend time with her family and friends.  She also loved gardening, music, and volunteering in the community.  She is survived by her mother, Ruth Taylor of Poughkeepsie, NY; her daughter, Michelle Diminich and her husband, G.P., of Charleston, SC; and three sisters: Elaine Talerico of Boca Raton, FL, Carol Middendorp of Atlanta, GA and Delores Fox of Poughkeepsie, NY.  She was preceded in death her husband, Michael Stephen Rupe; her father; and her sister, Linda Welch.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Seacoast Church, 717 Long Point Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC  29464.
