Winnie Leon Maddray, 95, of North Charleston, SC, widow of Ernest R. Maddray, entered into eternal rest Thursday, October 8, 2020. Her funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 11:00AM at the J. Henry Stuhr Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Rd., North Charleston, SC. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston.

Winnie was born August 31, 1925 in Timmonsville, SC, daughter of the late Charlton Leon Wilson and Bertha Welch Wilson. She was a Caregiver and a former member of Riverbluff Baptist Church in North Charleston.

She is survived by a daughter, Sharon Loraine Rosenbaum (and Frances Combs) of Charleston, SC and a son, Walter Robert Maddray of North Charleston, SC.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ernest R. Maddray and son, Ernest Wayne Maddray.
