Willie Grace Sharpe Moore

Willie Grace Sharpe Moore, wife of John H. Moore Jr., of Hanahan, S.C., entered into eternal rest the morning of June 25, 2011.

 The relatives and friends of Mr. & Mrs. John H. Moore Jr., are invited to attend her memorial service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at Deer Park Baptist Church. Burial services will be conducted later in Beaufort National Cemetery. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC. NORTHWOODS CHAPEL.

Mrs. Moore was born on November 26, 1919, in Uvalda, Georgia, a daughter of William Arron Sharpe and Mary Agnes Glisson Sharpe.    

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, John; two sons: John H. Moore III and his wife Karen of Summerville, S.C. and William E. Moore and his wife Candace of Rochester Hills, Mich.; sister, Mary Jo Matthews of North Carolina; four grandchildren: John H. Moore IV and his wife Kimberly; James W. Moore and his wife Lori; Jennifer Moore Hlad and her husband Michael and Scott A. Moore, and four great-grandchildren.
