William R. Foster, 86, of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, beloved husband of Melissa Mills Foster, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 28, 2025. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, he was the son of the late Roy Wade Foster and Cleo Power Foster.

William’s kindness, warmth, and generosity touched the lives of all who knew him. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, and his presence brought joy and love to his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving wife, Melissa, and their sons, Ricky Foster, Ashley Foster, and Craig Foster. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Ryan, Andrew, Gregory, Gabriel, Nicolas, North, Madeleine, Kaitlyn, Alyssa, and Camden, as well as his great-grandchildren, Arianna, Ella, Reilly, Grayson, and Neyia. William was preceded in death by his parents and his eldest son, William Jeffrey Foster.

Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Service to honor William’s life on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Mount Pleasant Chapel, located at 1494 Mathis Ferry Road. A visitation will be held at the chapel from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at McClellanville Cemetery.

William’s legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
