William John Privratsky, 74, of Summerville, South Carolina, husband of Wanda Watts Privratsky entered into eternal rest January 13th, 2026. His Funeral Service will be held January 17th, 2026 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 11:00am. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Roman Catholic Cemetery on James Island, SC. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 10:00am. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel.
William was born January 23, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois, son of the late William Emrich Privratsky and the late Evelyn Marie Sitko Privratsky. He was an electrical engineer, who loved Ice Hockey, especially the Chicago Black Hawks. William was a huge fan and played for 17 years. He was an avid classic British car collector, his favorite was the Jaguar, he loved to improve and tinker with things.
In addition to his wife of 15 years, he is survived by children: Rocky Scott Privratsky ( & Miranda Unfred) of Grand Junction, CO, Janelle Marie Privratsky of Grand Junction, CO, Autumn Hutchins-Kinzli of Summerville, SC, Trevor Hutchins of Salt Lake City, UT, Michelle Amber Verbrugge (Jim) of Indianapolis, IN, and Rex William Privratsky of Los Angels, CA; grandchildren: Gavin Hutchins, Liam Scott Privratsky, Jacob Hutchins, Nolan James Privratsky, Addison Hutchins, and Tristan Kinzli; brother, Robert Privratsky (Beverly) of Henry, IL; sister, Kathleen Taylor of Chattanooga, TN; and many loved nieces and nephews.
