With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of my beloved husband, Billy.

Billy lived a remarkable life fueled by curiosity, adventure, and a deep appreciation for beauty, history, and craftsmanship. As a well-known architectural antique dealer, he traveled the world in search of the most unique and extraordinary treasures he could find. From hidden villages and bustling markets to grand estates and forgotten corners of distant countries, he had an unmatched eye for discovering pieces that told a story.

Many homes and restaurants throughout Charleston are filled with the beautiful architectural antiques, furnishings, and one-of-a-kind treasures Billy carefully selected and brought home from his travels. He found joy not only in the hunt, but in sharing these remarkable pieces with others, helping preserve history and bring character, warmth, and beauty to countless spaces throughout the community.

Known for his generous spirit, warmth, and curiosity, Billy loved meeting people, sharing stories, and embracing life’s adventures. His kindness, humor, and passion for discovery left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years Sherri Musser, a loving daughter Olivia Musser, two stepchildren Donny Chwatek and Michelle Grajek, five cherished grandchildren, his brother, extended family, and many dear friends. His legacy of beauty, generosity, and treasured memories will live on in their hearts.

Thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support as we honor and celebrate Billy’s extraordinary life.
