Entered into eternal rest the morning of Tuesday, January 24, 2012, William "Bill" Benjamin Momier, 85, of Charleston, South Carolina. A Memorial Service for Bill will be held at J. HENRY STUHR, INC. WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 4 pm. Interment will be private.

Born June 15, 1926 in Charleston, SC. Bill was the son of the late Joseph Craft Momier and Margaret Stokes Momier. He was born and raised in Charleston and was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Charleston and attended Brunson Baptist Church in Brunson, SC. Mr. Momier was a veteran of the US Navy serving during the time period following WWII. He was a machinist at the Naval Shipyard and the owner & operator of Momier's Laundromat in Charleston.

Survivors include his brother: Joseph Stokes Momier; sister-in-law: Virl Morrow Momier; nephews: Joseph Stokes Momier, Jr., Marian Lynette Momier and James Morrow Momier and his fiancé Aletha Dozier.
