William Lee Kopel

 William Lee "Billy" Kopel of Mt. Pleasant, SC passed away on November 25, 2010, in a local hospital. The family and friends are invited to a "Celebration of Life" for Billy on Sunday, November 28, 2010, at Fonduely Yours Restaurant, 853 Coleman Blvd., Mt. Pleasant at 4:00 PM. ARRANGEMENTS BY J. Billy was born on April 21, 1951, in Sturgis, MI, son of the late William and Jane Kopel. He was a Veteran of the US Army. Billy possessed a great passion for music, and enjoyed his time as part of "Lowcountry Collection." When not with his family, Billy loved to be out on the golf course enjoying life.

Surviving are one daughter, Jennifer Rast of Columbia, SC and one son, Chris Kopel of Lexington, SC; four grandchildren, Zakaray Rast, Jordan Leneve, Jessica Kopel and Tyler Kopel; and one brother, Buddy Kopel. He is also survived by his closest and dearest friend, Richard Anderson.
