William Kenneth "Ken" Keefer

William Kenneth "Ken" Keefer, 53, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Jill Castro Keefer entered into eternal rest Monday, August 2, 2021. His Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021 in Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, 1204 Middle Street at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Ken was born August 17, 1967 in Silver Spring, Maryland, Kathryn Adorian Brown and the late William Llewelyn Keefer. He spent 27 years working in the software sales industry.

Ken is survived by his wife of 23 years, Jill; two sons: Henry Keefer and William Keefer; daughter, Annalise Keefer all of Mt. Pleasant, SC; mother, Kathryn Adorian Brown of Conway, SC; brother, Stephen Keefer (Rhoda) of Charlotte, NC; two sisters: Kim Keefer Smith (Aaron) of Leesburg, VA and Kayt Keefer Heinemann (Stefan) of Crozet, VA; and several nieces & nephews.

Ken was an esteemed member of the community and was beloved by his family and wide circle of friends. He was passionate about music, sports, travel, and culinary arts, and used this passion to serve his community and those he loved. He touched countless lives through professional mentorship, one-of-a-kind hospitality, and uncommon, abounding kindness. Ken will be remembered as a gifted leader, upstanding citizen, indispensable friend, caring brother, loving husband, and a father like no other.

Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society or Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church.
