William Robert Hugo Gillitzer

William Robert Hugo Gillitzer, 43, of Goose Creek, SC died Friday, February 25, 2011, in a local hospital.

Born November 17, 1967 in Honolulu, Hawaii; he was one of two children of Robert Edward "Bob" Gillitzer and Lynne M. Miller.

Known as Billy to family and friends, he is survived by his father, Bob Gillitzer of Goose Creek, SC; mother, Lynne M. Miller, sister, Niccole Beavers and her husband SFC Kevin Russell "Rusty" Beavers, US Army and niece, Cameron Beavers all of Columbia, SC; aunt, Carol Harrison and her husband Ernie of San Diego, CA.

Bill was a US Air Force veteran and a "Jack of all trades" who built houses and worked as a motorcycle mechanic.  Bill received an Associates Degree in Welding from Trident Technical College and had worked at Jacobs Welding Company.
