Entered into eternal rest on afternoon of Wednesday, February 22, 2012, William Alfred Caddell, husband of Betty Clara Gibson Caddell of Bonneau Beach, SC. The relatives and friends of Mr. & Mrs. William A. Caddell are invited to attend the graveside funeral service of the former in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Mr. Caddell was born on, June 28, 1929 in North Charleston, SC, the son of Richard Horace Caddell and Belma Oliver Caddell. He retired in 1989 as a Maintenance Mechanic from Charleston Naval Shipyard, Shop 03.

Mr. Caddell is survived by his wife of 62 years, Betty Caddell of Bonneau Beach, SC; he was the father of Brenda Coughlin, Richard Caddell, and Candy Bell all of Goose Creek, SC; he is also survived by his sister, Mabel Bryce of Manchester, TN; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Mark Alfred Caddell.
