William Thomas Campbell, III, 56, of Ravenel, South Carolina, husband of Marsha Richardson Campbell, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, January 8, 2014. His Funeral Service will be Sunday, January 12, 2014 in First Baptist Church of Ravenel, 5987 Hwy 165, at 2:00 pm. Interment to follow in First Baptist Church of Ravenel Churchyard Cemetery. The family will receive friends in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkway, Saturday, January 11, 2014, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

William was born May 7, 1957 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late William Thomas Campbell, Jr. and Lois Morris Campbell. He was a firefighter with the City of Charleston.

He is survived by his wife, Marsha Campbell and daughter, Margaret "Meggie" Campbell of Ravenel, SC; mother, Lois Morris Campbell; four sisters, Bertie Gaskins of Summerville, SC, Diane Knight of Ladson, SC, Carlene Norris of Summerville, SC and Carolyn McDowell of North Charleston, SC; and three grandchildren, Reighn Janes, Luis Casas and Angel Casas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be madfe to American Heart Association, 409 King Street, Charleston, SC 29403.
