William G. Aldridge, 86, of North Charleston, SC, husband of Lottie Durr Aldridge entered into eternal rest Sunday, December 15, 2013. His Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 21, 2013 in First Church of the Nazarene at 2:00 pm. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC. NORTHWOODS CHAPEL.


William was born July 31, 1927 in Aiken, SC, son of the late Edgar Allen Aldridge and the late Lillian Sally Aldridge. He was a retired Load Master with Eastern Airlines. He was employed at K-Mart where he was known as "Mr. Bill". William was an honorary member of the Sons of God Biker Club.

He is survived by his wife, Lottie Aldridge of North Charleston, SC, daughters: Sandy Sutherland of Elk Creek, VA, Lori Lewis of Summerville, SC, Susan Conyers of North Charleston, SC, Carol Aldridge of Hanahan, SC, "daughter", Tara Aldridge; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; close family friends, The Medlins. He was preceded in death by his daughter, April Lee and brothers and sisters.
