Willene F. "Billie" VanOver, 48, of Goose Creek, SC, wife of Thomas Allen Cox, Jr. died June 24, 2013. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 29, 2013 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends Saturday at Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel one hour prior to the service

Billie was born September 12, 1964 in Fort Benning, GA. She held a B.S. Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and was a retired Registered Nurse in Home Health Care.

She is survived by her husband of twenty two years; son T.J Cox of Goose Creek, SC; her parents William F. and Gerri VanOver of Williamsburg, KY; sisters Marti Wilson, Dyan Fairbanks both of Williamsburg, KY; Janet Parmen and Peggy Woods both of Corbin, KY; and Sarah Cupp of Indianapolis, IN; brothers Mark VanOver of Williamsburg, KY and William VanOver of Winchester, KY and numerous nieces and nephews.
