Wiley Wade Farley

Entered into eternal rest on the evening of May 24, 2011, Wiley Wade Farley, husband of Carrie Lee Perry Farley.  Residence, Pawleys Island, SC.  The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. Wade Farley are invited to attend his memorial service Friday, May 27, 2011 at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL at 2 pm.   The family will receive friends Friday at Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel one hour prior to service.  Committal services will be conducted later in Pawleys Island Presbyterian Church Columbarium.

Mr. Farley was born in Milledgeville, Georgia on August 3, 1930 to the late Samuel Walden Farley and the late Mattie Belle White Farley.  Wade was a graduate of The Citadel, Class of 1957 and was a veteran in the United States Navy.  He was a retired General Manager with Western Electric Company, was a Co-Founder of Six-R Communications, and attended Pawleys Island Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are his wife Carrie P. Farley of Pawleys Island, SC, daughter, Wendy Farley of Hanahan; three sons, Joseph Farley and his wife Kjohl Rose of Santa Rosa, CA,  Allen Farley and his wife Nancy of Beaufort, SC, Bruce Farley and his wife Jennifer of Chapel Hill, NC; three grandchildren, Zoe Farley, Samantha Farley and Wade Farley.
