Wesley Jacob Jordan

Wesley Jacob Jordan, 18, of Ladson, SC, entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 8, 2018. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, October 13, 2018 in the NewSpring Church, 5101 Ashley Phosphate Rd., #135 at 1:00 pm. Interment, Riverview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road.

Wesley was born July 12, 2000 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Bobby E. Jordan and Julia A. Hart. He was an athlete who loved obstacle course races, he was an avid gamer, a Marvel/DC Comics enthusiast and enjoyed attending Christian Youth Group and Summer Camp. He also loved listening to music and dancing.

He is survived by his parents, two brothers, Trevor Chism and Christopher Morris; sister, Katelin Walsh; grandparents, Pamela and Tony Zibura and Jim and Vickie Hart; and grandmother, Sandra Jordan; stepfather, Steve Chism and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
