Washington Reid Patrick

W. Reid Patrick, III, 34, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Elizabeth Huneycutt Patrick, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, January 21, 2014, after a brief illness. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 25, 2014, in St. Philip's Church, 142 Church Street at 11:00 a.m. Interment, St. Phillip's Churchyard. The family will receive friends Friday, January 24, 2014, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL.

Reid was born June 13, 1979, in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Washington Reid Patrick, Jr. and Alice LeMacks Patrick. He was a graduate of Bishop England High School and attended Belmont Abbey College. Reid earned his culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University and was employed as a chef.

He is survived by his wife; his parents; his son, Jude Holmes Eaton-Patrick; and his faithful companion, Charlie dog.
