Wallace Jasper Durham, 69, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, December 1, 2023. His Funeral Service will be held Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel where the family will receive friends one hour prior. Immediately following, the interment will take place in Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Road. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Wallace was born May 30, 1954 in Norfolk, Virginia, son of the Wallace R. Durham and Alene Acock Durham. He enjoyed fishing in fresh water and salt water.  He worked in the Customer Service Division of a Logistics Company and was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

He is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Durham and Katie Durham of Charleston, SC;  son, Wallace Durham of Charleston, SC; sisters, Gail Ash (Howard) of James Island, SC and Judith Durham of Lakeland, FL; nephews, Howard Ash (Brooke), David Ash (Joanna), Chris Durham (Neva), and Joshua Durham; great niece and nephew, Addison Ash and Camden Ash.

Wallace was predeceased by his parents, Wallace and Alene Durham and brother-in-law Johnnie Wayne Clements.
