Vivian Ann Holton Rourk

Vivian Ann Holton Rourk, 66, of Charleston, SC, died Saturday, December 6, 2014. Her memorial service will be held Friday, December 12, 2014 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 7:00 pm. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel. Inurnment will be in Pinewood Memorial Gardens, in Greenville, NC at a later date.

Vivian Ann was born November 4, 1948 in Greenville, North Carolina, daughter of the late Hubert L. Holton and the late Virginia Dare Manning Holton. She was a Program Coordinator for the City of Charleston. She enjoyed working with the Seniors Program at the James Island Recreation Center. She was also a loving grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by three daughters, Pamela M. (Jon) Ravenel of Yonges Island, Tracey M. (Louis) Ryan of Goose Creek, Stephanie R. (Freddy) Lentz of James Island; two sons, Richard J. (Inez) Rourk of Goose Creek and Jonathan L. Rourk of West Ashley; aunts, Margaret Porter of Greenville, NC and Pauline Wingate of VA; nephew, Joshua C. Holton of Ashville, NC; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her brother, Douglas L. Holton.
