Virginia Ruth Humbert, 73, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, December 10, 2024. Her Funeral Service will be held Monday, December 16, 2024 in the Ashley River Baptist Church, 1101 Savannah Hwy. at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends Monday, one hour prior to the service. A private burial will take place at Bethany Cemetery. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.

Virginia was born September 30, 1951 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Louis Hart Humbert and the late Virginia Wiggins Humbert. She retired after 28 years of teaching. 

She is survived by three sisters, Lillian Humbert of Charleston, SC, Marsha Humbert of Charleston, SC, Patricia Humbert of Charleston, SC.
