Virginia "Ginnie" Adams Jamison, 91, widow of the late Thomas Andrew "Jim" Jamison, Jr., of North Charleston, SC, formerly of Folly Beach, SC, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012. The relatives and friends of Virginia Jamison are invited to attend her Funeral Service at J. Henry Stuhr Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Jamison was born June 27, 1920 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Robert A. Adams and Annie Jessen Adams. She was a long time member of several local square and round dance clubs and an avid bowler.
She is survived by her two daughters, Patricia "Cookie" Bragg and her husband, Jim, of Summerville, SC and Cheryl J. Fennell and her husband, Rivers, of North, Charleston, SC; son, Thomas A. Jamison III and his wife, Paula, of Snellville, GA; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
