Virginia Pearl Crain, 85, of Charleston, SC, died Sunday, May 3, 2015. Her funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015, in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 11:00 am. Interment, Riverview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel.

Virginia was born May 1, 1930 in Lake City, SC, daughter of the late Seamen Cattles and Rosalee Winningham. She was a homemaker and Baptist in faith.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Virgil F. Anderson and Robert R. Crain; son, Virgil F. Anderson Jr.; grandsons, Kenneth Chad Brown and Jeffery Robert Sewell.She is survived by three sons, Charles Anderson of Moncks Corner, SC, Robert Crain Jr. and David Crain both of North Charleston, SC; five daughters: Stella Sewell of Ladson, SC, Deborah Baldwin of Waterloo, SC, Marie Morosi of Goose Creek, SC, Susan Griffin of Taylors, SC and Lori McFetridge of Goose Creek, SC; five sisters; six brothers; 21 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
