Virginia Ross Cloar, recent widow of Clyde Ross Cloar, passed away March 31, 2018.
Born in Detroit, Michigan on September 8, 1926, "Ginny" was one of two children of Carl James Ross and Elizabeth Marie Rath Ross. With dreams of becoming a lady pilot, she studied avionics in high school and became a member of the Civil Air Patrol. Ginny graduated from Wayne University in 1948. She later earned a graduate degree in Counseling, made that her career and retired from the Florida State School System as a Guidance Counselor.
Ginny was preceded in death by her brother Bill, niece, Carol Rittcher, husbands David Graham, Eugene E. Busche, Clyde R. Cloar and step-daughter, Cecelia Busche Tarr. She is survived by nieces, Betsy Uhing and Judy Pearson and nephew, Bill Ross and their families, all of Nebraska. Other survivors include 7 step-children and their families: Eugene E. Busche, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Vincent Busche of Northport, AL, Karl Busche of Winter Springs, FL, Leslie Busche of Charleston, SC, Janet Lord of Ridgeville, SC, Joe Tarr of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Lila Cloar and Lisa Sutton of Mt. Pleasant, SC.
