Violet Lloyd Revell Thompson

Entered into eternal rest on the morning of September 14, 2011.  Violet Lloyd Revell Thompson, first married to the late Foster E. Revell and the widow of William Thompson.  Residence, Mt. Pleasant, SC.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services at the graveside, Saturday, September 17, 2011 in Elim Baptist Church Cemetery, Effingham, SC at 11:30 am with the Reverend Wm. E. Mundy officiating. 

Violet was born in Manning, SC, the daughter of William Lloyd and Claudia Lee Price Lloyd. She retired as an accountant for Elliott Gin and Lumber Company.

She is survived by three daughters: June Mundy (Bill) of Augusta, GA, Brenda Barrs -Mack of Rockport, TX, Vanessa Oswald (Lindsay) of Charleston, SC; son: Foster E. Revell, Jr. (Sandra) of Millington, TN; 12 grandchildren and 20 great grand children.
