Vincent Thaddeus Szczepanski

Vincent Thaddeus Szczepanski, 82, of North Charleston, SC, husband of Blanche Szczepanski, entered into eternal rest Friday, March 7, 2014. His Funeral Service will be held Sunday, March 9, 2014, in North Charleston United Methodist Church,1125 East Montague Avenue, at 3:00 pm. Burial services to follow in Cummings Chapel Cemetery, Ridgeville, SC. The family will receive friends in J. HENRY STUHR INC., NORTH AREA CHAPEL, 2119 Dorchester Road, Saturday, March 8, 2014, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Vincent was born December 1, 1931 in, Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Vincent Jacob Szczepanksi and the late Mary Andrezjewski Szczepanski. He was a Member of North Charleston United Methodist Church and choir member for over 30 years.Vincent was a mason, a former assistant as a Boy Scout Leader, Sunday School superintendent, Young at Heart, United Methodist Men, the Church Santa Claus and was a retired Insurance Agent.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Blanche Muckenfuss Szczepanski of North Charleston, SC; son, Stephen Szczepanski ( Kathy) of Bonneau, SC; daughter, Cathy S. Frazier of Charleston, SC; sister, Catherine Murphy of Kalmazoo, MI, one granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Charleston United Methodist Church, 1125 East Montague Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405.
