Victor E. Murphy

Entered into eternal rest on the evening of July 27, 2011, Victor Etheridge "Ted" Murphy of North Charleston, SC formerly of Tuscaloosa, AL.  A gathering of friends in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, Saturday, July 30, 2011 in North Charleston, SC.

Mr. Murphy was born on September 9, 1940 in Eolin, AL the son of Victor Murphy and Alberta Boyd Murphy.  He was retired from B. F. Goodrich as a tire manufacturing shipping foreman.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy G. Murphy of North Charleston, SC; son, Steven Randall Murphy of Tuscaloosa, AL; daughters:  Lisa DeLane Stok and her husband Scott of Atlanta, GA, Dana Denise Madison and her husband Mike of Tuscaloosa, AL and Tara Murphy Hogue of Ladson, SC; sisters, Jean Milstead of Mentone, AL; Rena Mae Hubbard of West Blocton, AL; and three grandchildren:  Brad Cleary and Tana and Tessa Hogue.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
