Tyler Sean Jones, 19, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Friday, May 15, 2026. His Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 6:00 pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior to his service. In honor of Tyler we ask guest to wear his favorite color blue to the service.

Tyler was born March 5, 2007, in North Charleston, South Carolina, son of Inez Marie Jones Rourk and Richard James Rourk, Jr. He enjoyed cooking at home. He loved gaming, his fish and taking care of his plants. He was an avid reader. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially his older brother Ryan.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his father, Paul Allen Gilliam of McCordsville, IN; siblings: Ryan Sarine (Erin) of Summerville and Emma Rourk of Goose Creek; niece, Reyna Sarine; and grandparents, Lawrence E. Jones (Casey) of Durant, OK, Steve Gilliam of Indianapolis, IN, and Richard Rourk (Joyce) of James Island, SC.

In lieu of flowers plants would be preferred.
