Tyler Caldwell

Tyler Eugene Caldwell, 17, of Ladson, SC died Monday, January 16, 2012.

Born April 7, 1994 in Charleston, SC he was the son of John Bradford Caldwell and Kimberly Glen Elliott Walker. Tyler attended Fort Dorchester High School and was currently a student at Ashley Ridge High School. He was active in the USAF JROTC. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Tyler is survived by his mother, Kimberly Walker of Ladson, SC; father and step-mother, John and Tracey Caldwell; siblings: Haley Walker, Andrew Walker, Desmond Bryant, Madison Bryant and Hunter Caldwell all of Ladson, SC; grandparents, Glenn and Sue Elliott of Moncks Corner, SC, Pam and Bill Caldwell of North Charleston, SC; two great-grandmothers, Doris Forton of North Charleston, SC and Bessie Elliott of Nichols, SC; step-grandmother, Sandra Bryant of Walterboro, SC; aunts and uncles, Ronald Elliott II and his fianceé, Mindy Falk of Moncks Corner, SC, Stacie Ard and her husband Robbie of Summerville, SC, Heather MacDonald of Walterboro, SC and Candy Martin and her husband David of Walterboro, SC.

The family will receive friends in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Thursday, January 19, 2012 between 7:00 and 9:00 pm. The funeral service will be held in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MT. PLEASANT CHAPEL, Friday, January 20, 2012 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens.
