Tun Win

Tun Win, 76, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of Kyu Kyu Khin died Thursday, March 13, 2014. His Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2014 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL at 1:00 pm. Followed by Cremation at the J. Henry Stuhr Inc. at 2180 Greenridge Road, North Charleston, SC 29406. The family will receive friends in the Mount Pleasant Chapel one hour prior to the service.

Tun was born June 26, 1937 in Kyaung Kone, Burma, son of the late U Yan Nar and Daw Sein Oak. He was a Merchant in the Transportation Industry.

He is survived by his wife, Kyu Kyu Khin of Mt. Pleasant, SC; three sons, Zaw Lwin of Mount Pleasant, SC, Htun Htun and his wife, Lasi Doi Bu of San Francisco, CA, and Thet Htun and his wife, Khin Su Su Min, of Yangon, Burma; one daughter, Mimi Khin of Mount Pleasant, SC; one sister, Daw Thein Kyi of Myaung Mya, Burma; one brother, U Than Tun of Yangon, Burma; four grandchildren, Tharyar Myatnoe Htun(City College of San Francisco), Rika Win(Wando High School), Aeindray Oo(BEHS 1 Dagon) and Ayemyat Kyi Phyu(BEHS 1 Dagon). He was preceded in death by brothers U Kyaw Nyunt(Daw Mya Shein), (U Khin Hone) and U Aung Myint, sister Daw Kyi Myint(U Ye Tint) and a grandson, Kyaw Paing Tun.
