TSgt Clenton "Skip" Houston Turner, Jr. (USAF, Ret.), 76, of Round O, South Carolina, husband of Cheryl Lyn Jackson Turner died Sunday, April 7, 2019. His Funeral Service will be held Thursday, April 11, 2019 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow with military honors in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Mount Pleasant Chapel on Thursday from 11:00 am until time of the service.

Clenton was born August 13, 1942 in Sullivan's Island, South Carolina, son of the late Clenton Houston Turner, Sr. and the late Sally McClary Turner. Following his retirement from the United States Air Force, he worked for Palmetto Ford for thirty years. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church of Round O.

He is survived by his wife Cheryl L.Turner; son, Richard Turner; daughter, Amy Marshall; grandchildren, Richie Turner, and Grayson Marshall; sisters, Janet Sue Bowser and Laura Hall; and Louie, his beloved Pomeranian. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Robert Turner and brother, Larry Turner.
