Entered into eternal rest on the evening of October 20, 2011, Tongruen Dao Plante, wife of Master Chief Richard Michael Plante USN, Ret. of North Charleston, SC. The funeral service was held October 20, 2011. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL.
Mrs. Plante was born on September 10, 1951 in Thailand, Udon Thani Province the daughter of Phutta Konrang and Chiang Konrang. She was a waitress in a local restaurant.
She is survived by her husband of Charleston, SC and nine siblings.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wat Sumter Buddharam, 1050 Rembert Church Road, Sumter, SC 29153-7257.
