Timothy Shawn McManus

Timothy Shawn McManus, 41, of Huger, SC, husband of Melissa Jane Litchfield McManus, entered into eternal rest Thursday, December 2, 2021. A private visitation will be held. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel. Shawn was born August 3, 1980 in Charleston, South Carolina, son of Claire E. Thomas and Arthur L. McManus. He was a carpenter in the construction field. Shawn and Melissa rode Harley's together and he enjoyed dirt bikes as well as hunting and fishing. Known to be a jokester, Shawn had a heart of gold supporting Building for Hope to construct playgrounds for kids with cancer and was always happy to help others. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Melissa; three children Travis, Seth and Tori; his mom Claire E Thomas of Mt. Pleasant; father Arthur L. McManus of St. Mary's GA; sister, Pawnee Sanchez (Dean Post) of Goose Creek, SC; brother, Adam Sanchez of Mt.
