Thomas Orval Morrison

Thomas "Tom" Orval Morrison, 74, of Goose Creek, SC, husband of Alice Mary "Alma" Morrison died Saturday, February 23, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, March 10, 2019, in the American Legion Post #166, 116 Howe Hall Road from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.

Tom was born August 22, 1944 in Munising, Michigan, son of the late Orval Theodore Morrison and the late Rosemary Joan Beauparland Morrison. He served in the United States Navy as a torpedoman and retired as a Petty Officer First Class. He then worked in HVAC services at the Naval Weapons Station. Tom was an active member of the American Legion Post 166 in Goose Creek where he liked to socialize with his friends. He enjoyed gardening, canning and bowling.

He is survived by his wife, Alice "Alma" Morrison of Goose Creek, SC; two children; two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
