Thomas Peter McLean Sr., 70, of Summerville, South Carolina, husband of Debra Carrington McLean, entered into eternal rest Friday, January 12, 2024. His memorial service will be held Saturday, January 20, 2024, in the Ravenel United Methodist Church, 6035 Drayton St, Ravenel, SC 29470, at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow after the service at Ravenel United Methodist Church. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel. 

Thomas was born March 1, 1953 in Honolulu, Hawaii, son of the late Clyde Thomas McLean and Lillian Ashe Guyton McLean. He enjoyed motorcycling, backpacking, and had a love for guitars. 

He is survived by two sons, Thomas Peter (Christy) McLean Jr. of Holly Hill, SC, Joshua Smith of Summerville, SC; two daughters, Kristy McLean McMillan of Greenwood, SC, Rhea Collins of Summerville, SC; sister, Diane (Roy Biggers) McLean of Sharon, SC; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian Ashe McLean; father, Clyde Thomas McLean.
