Entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, Thomas James Mabry, 85, husband of Margie Mabry of Charleston. The relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 2:00 pm at J. HENRY STUHR, INC.,WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until time of service. A committal service will be held at 10:00 am Monday, February 6, 2012 in Beaufort National Cemetery with military honors.

Mr. Mabry was born August 29, 1926 in St. Marc, Haiti. Mr. Mabry was an Episcopalian. Mr. Mabry was also a Navy veteran who served in World War II (Iwo Jima Campaign).

Survivors include his wife, Margie Mabry of Charleston; one daughter, Lynn M. Goodhart and husband, John, of Benton, LA; one son, Robert C. Mabry of Charleston; and one granddaughter, Heather Marie Goodhart.
