Thomas Lawrence Corbin, 50, of Goose Creek, SC, died Monday, May 21, 2012 in Trident Medical Center.
Born September 5, 1961 in Euclid, Ohio; he was the son of Daniel N. Corbin and Dorothy Marie Sestak Corbin. Mr. Corbin graduated from Stall High School and attended the College of Charleston and the Citadel Evening Program. He held different managerial positions during his career with Anglers Convenience Stores and various local restaurants. Tom was also a great chef and operated his own catering service. He was a HUGE Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Mr. Corbin is survived by his mother, Dorothy M. Corbin of Goose Creek, SC; father, Daniel N. Corbin of Charleston, SC; daughter, Lauren C. Corbin of Summerville, SC; son, Stephen C. Corbin of Goose Creek, SC; beloved aunt, Gerry Wasik of Munball, PA; and beloved cousins, Susan Harmon and her husband David of Imperial, PA and James Wasik and his wife Susan of AZ; and a host of family and friends. To know Tom was to love him. He will be deeply missed by all.
The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Friday, May 25, 2012 at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road Thursday, May 24, 2012 between 6:00 and 8:00 pm.
