Thomas Francis "Frank" Buckley

Thomas Francis "Frank" Buckley, Jr., 82, of Charleston, South Carolina, formerly of Charlotte, NC, husband of Carole Ann Roeber Buckley entered into eternal rest Tuesday, March 9, 2021. His Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021 in St. Mary of the Annunciation Roman Catholic Church, 95 Hassell Street at 12:00 p.m. Rite of Committal will be at a later date in St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Charlotte, NC.

Frank is survived by his wife of 54 years, Carole; four daughters: Kim Swift, Pam Kraus, Tricia Milner and Kelly Buckley; six grandchildren; brother, Robert Buckley; and sister, Claire Roeber. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul Buckley.

Frank was born October 6, 1938 in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, son of the late Thomas Francis Buckley and Mary Alice Gill Buckley. He was a graduate of Seton Hall University and received his Master's Degree from Pace University. Thomas spent a 30 year career with the Hoechst-Celanese Corporation and retired as a property tax manager.
