MSgt. Thomas Michael Armstrong, Sr., USAF Ret., 65, of Ladson, SC,died Friday, November 3, 2017. His graveside service with military honors will be held Saturday, November 11, 2017 in the Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Avenue at 2:00 pm. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.
Thomas was born May 21, 1952 in Aberdeen, MD, son of the late John Clifford Armstrong and the late Shirley Jean Reynolds Armstrong. A true patriot, Thomas proudly served in the Air Force for more than 20 years. He was loved by all and will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his son, Thomas Michael Armstrong, II of Ladson, SC; daughter, Teresa McNulty and husband Brannigan of Reno, NV; grandson, Lennon McNulty; three sisters, Mary Farmer, Susan Breedlove, Cleo Armstrong. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Noreen Francis Armstrong and his brother, John Armstrong.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P. O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 and/or United Services Organizations (USO), P.O. Box 96860, Washington, DC 20077-7677.
