Theresa Ann Brailey

December 13, 1944 — July 28, 2021

Theresa Ann Brailey, 76, of North Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Kenneth Lee Brailey, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, July 28, 2021. Her memorial service will be held Friday, July 30, 2021 at 1:00pm, at the Coastal Shores Baptist Church, 8310 Dorchester Road, North Charleston, SC. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel.

Theresa was born December 13, 1944 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Elmore Wright and Alterea Dutton Wright. She spent her time as a homemaker, after serving her country in the United States Army. Theresa was a member of the Coastal Shores Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing solitaire, coloring and was "born to shop". She had an ear for music and enjoyed listening to her Christian favorites, as well as songs from the 80's. Theresa was spontaneous and would enjoy fun trips and excursions with her nieces and nephews, who always enjoyed her sense of humor, making funny faces and just spending time together.

She is survived by a sister, Linda W. Meade; brother, James Edward Wright (Cheri); nieces and nephews; Shannon Sumners (Steven), Shea Fisher, Jimmy Meade and Jared Meade, Sr. and many other family members, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her spouse.
