Beth was born July 18, 1959, at the Misawa Air Base Hospital in Misawa, Japan to her father, U.S. Air Force SMSgt. Arnold Kilgore and mother Juliet. She was a proud U.S. Air Force brat having lived in Japan, California, Florida, New Mexico, Maryland, Georgia, RAF Upper Heyford, England and Summerville, South Carolina. She attended Upper Heyford High School, England and later earned a degree as a Paralegal from Trident Technical College. For much of her working career, she worked for the City of North Charleston in the Legal Department as the Legal Assistant and loved her work family tremendously. She held many titles to include loving wife, amazing mother but most importantly her most cherished title was being Gigi to her four grandsons, who she loved and adored so much. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in Summerville.

A special thank you from our family to Lori Kilgore. She was a godsend for us and for being with Beth to take care of her and helping with many things for the last couple of months.

Surviving are her loving husband, Russell Gordon Woodall, son, Matthew Alan Woodall and his wife Jacquelyn of Goose Creek, SC, four grandsons, Boatswain Mate 3rd Class Matthew Henry “Hank” Woodall (U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton, Alameda, CA), Luke Russell Woodall, Wyatt Hughes Woodall and Jacob Kenneth Woodall and three sisters, Deborah Lindeen, Dinah Kilgore and Lori Kilgore all of Texas.
