Tarnya Susan Fowler Eshel, 65, of Summerville, South Carolina, wife of Uri  Eshel passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023. Her graveside service will be held Sunday, August 20, 2023 in the Mt. Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Road at 3:00 pm. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mount Pleasant Chapel.

Tarnya was born May 30, 1958 in Brighton, England, daughter of the late Frederick Fowler and the late Alma Bailey Fowler.  She was a retired bus driver for Microsoft, and a member of Chabad of Charleston.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Uri Eshel of Summerville, SC; two sons, Etai Eshel (Shannon) of Summerville, SC, and Yzhar Eshel (Sue) of Conway, SC; two brothers, Malcolm Hughes of Glendale, AZ, and Martin Fowler (Susan) of Converse, TX; and three grandchildren, Ziva Eshel, Bella Eshel, and Judah Eshel.
