Suzanne Smith

Linda Suzanne Smith, 72, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Sunday, June 14, 2015. Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 20, 2015 in St. Francis Episcopal Church at the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

Suzanne was born February 4, 1943 in Rutherford County, North Carolina, daughter of William Duke Smith and Ruth Cantrell Smith. She worked as a patient representative at Roper Hospital.

She is survived by her daughter, Dawn R. Gerken (Wally) of Goose Creek, SC; her son, Derrick Rhodes; grandchildren, Margie Rhodes and Laura Catherine Gerken; sister, Laura "Kitten" Edwards (Jimmy); and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother, F. Kinney Smith (Nan).
