Suzanne M. Kindschi, 76, of Daniel Island, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, May 4, 2021.
Suzanne was born May 23, 1944 in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Lee Fisher and the late Leila Koons Fisher. She was a graduate of Penn State University and worked on the Lakehurst Naval Base as a procurement specialist. She was a hardworking single mother. While her children were growing up, she became a substitute teacher at their schools. She began travel with her late husband, John Kindschi. Then in 2016 accompanied by her daughter and granddaughter, Suzanne became a world traveler, visiting many countries and experiencing different cultures. She was a member of AA for 23 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Heather Maxwell of Mt. Pleasant; son, Scott L. Maxwell (Shannon) of Toms River, NJ; stepdaughter, Laura Kalscheur (Jeff) Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Skyler and Shaye Maxwell, Shelby Palazzoli, Freddy Ecke, and Kyra Kalscheur. She was preceded in death by her sister, Diana Fisher Metz.
