Susan Irene Vosefski, 69 entered into eternal rest Sunday, March 24, 2024.
Susan was born November 14, 1954 in Fort Monmouth, New Jersey, daughter of Albert Joseph Vosefski and Lina Rackles Vosefski. She was a School Guidance Counselor for the Aiken County School system and served at Midland Valley High School and North Augusta Middle School. Susan grew up an Army brat and enjoyed a childhood in the United States and abroad. She could speak fluent German and enjoyed spending time with family in the Aiken/Augusta area, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Germany. She enjoyed many hobbies like photography and dancing, but none more than horses. She loved horse back riding lessons as a child and as an adult enjoyed riding (especially dressage), breeding, and becoming a horse show mom.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sarah Ross (John), Courtney Thompson (Cole); grandchildren, John Oliver Ross, Susanna Louis Ross, Emma Marie Thompson, and Albert Rexford Thompson; mother Lina, sister Katherine Turner (Brett); niece Samantha Turner; best friend Cheryl Yarbrough; and fur babies Cricket and Daisy.
