Steven Lawrence Sinn, beloved husband and father and grandfather; best friend to many; and invaluable confidant; passed away on Sunday afternoon. Steve, known as Poppy to his family, had an insatiable curiosity for the treasures of this world: he was a constant traveller and discoverer; a successful marathoner; an occasionally frustrated chess player; an indefatigable Giants fan; and a man who committed himself, in the deepest possible way, to a lifetime of learning and new experiences. He left this world in the only way he knew it-surrounded by loved ones, enjoying precious memories, absorbed in the joy that he showered upon others.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathleen; his children Alexis, Adrian, Chris, Rebecca, and Stephanie; and his grandchildren Michael, Charlie, Grace, Jack, Ada, and Georgia; a sister, Pat Bloomgarden and his dog Molly. Steve will live on in their hearts and souls every day.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at 12:00 PM at J. Henry Stuhr, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.
