Steven Andrew Redding, 54, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, November 4, 2014. His Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 8, 2014 in Grace Episcopal Church, 98 Wentworth Street at 2:00 pm. Entombment services will follow in Grace Church Columbarium. The family will receive friends Friday at J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm .
Steven was born March 29, 1960 in Pontiac, Michigan, son of Barbara Keith Redding and the late Harry Lee Redding. He was a graduate of Oakland University and Thunderbird School of Global Management and received a Master's degree in Taxation and Accounting. Steven received a scholarship to study and teach English in Taiwan and lived with a Chinese family. He was a retired Accountant with Getrag Precision Gear Company.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Redding of Charleston, SC; two brothers, Michael Redding of East Pointe, MI and Dennis Redding of Bradenton, FL.
