Steven Christopher Kirkland, 41, of Hanahan, South Carolina, husband of Amanda Soudani Kirkland died Tuesday, May 26, 2015. His funeral service will be held Friday, May 29, 2015 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service.

Steven was born February 28, 1974 in Saigon, Vietnam, son of David Kirkland and Trang Dinh Kirkland. He was a postal employee and liked to do projects for others. He loved to spend time with his children.

He is survived by his spouse, Amanda Kirkland; mother and father, David and Trang Kirkland; three children: Hadley Kirkland, Cole Kirkland and Layla Kirkland; brother, Jim Kirkland; two uncles; one aunt.
