Stephanie Dale Henderson, 46, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, died Thursday, August 18, 2016. Her Memorial Service will be held Sunday, August 21, 2016 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 3:00 pm. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends Sunday, August 21, 2016 in the Mount Pleasant Chapel from 2:00 pm until time of the service.

Stephanie was born June 25, 1970 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Steve Dexter Henderson and Hattie Mae Jones Henderson.

She is survived by son, Matthew Gooch of Mount Pleasant, SC; her parents, Steve and Hattie Henderson of Mt. Pleasant; sisters, Sissy McComb (Mac), Stacey Newton (Troy) and Shannon Henderson Tolbert (Jerry) all of Mt. Pleasant, SC, loving companion, Scott Coley of Mt. Pleasant, SC. She was a second mother to Sinclair Tolbert and a host of other nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Reed Gooch.
