Chief Sonar Technician, Thomas Ray Branham, U.S. Navy Ret., 61, of North Charleston, SC, died Tuesday, September 29, 2015. His funeral service will be held Sunday, October 4, 2015 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 3:00 pm. Interment with military honors will be held at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel.
Thomas was born August 21, 1954 in North Charleston, SC, son of the late Thomas Aaron Branham and Pallie Priscilla Owen Branham. He was retired U.S. Navy and a Security Systems Installer. He enjoyed motorcycling, loved Porsches, water sports and auto racing. He mostly enjoyed being with his family.
He is survived by his mother, Pallie Branham; two sons, Thomas B. Branham of Villa Rica, GA and Alex K. Branham of Corvalis, OR; five brothers, Robert Branham of North Charleston, SC, David (Sharon) Branham of Tampa, FL, Larry (Dawn) Branham of Ridgeville, SC, James (Joanne) Branham of Liescester, NC, Edward (Melisa) Branham of Summerville, SC; sister, Mary (Danny) Ellis of Hanahan, SC.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Carl Branham.
